Emissary Exchange now supports in-platform reporting dashboards which surfaces a number of standard metrics to help your leaders understand platform usage and gauge success. Program owners and managers now have the ability to easily view 11 tables and graphs through our new reporting tool. To get an understanding of the reporting dashboard and data points, check out the below.

How to Navigate to the Reporting Dashboard

Once logged into Emissary Exchange, select the REPORT link within the left side menu bar to launch the reporting dashboard.

Dashboard (Report Overview) 

Once launched, you will see the main dashboard reporting page which includes the following tables/charts to provide an overview on platform activity: 

  • Credits Remaining provides up-to-date details on how the team is tracking against items purchased within the contract. This table includes all active and completed contracts, contract end date, charge type, and number of credits purchase, used and remaining. 
  •  Accounts Activated provides a pie graph visualization which reflects the following statuses: 
    • Accounts in Recruiting – accounts submitted to Emissary which have not yet had an advisor call/interaction with a seller
    • Accounts Activated – accounts submitted to Emissary which have had at least one advisor call/interaction completed with a seller 
    • Accounts with Advisors Approved or to Review – accounts submitted to Emissary which have either (1) approved advisor interactions awaiting a call to be proposed or (2) advisors sent to sellers (or approvers) awaiting review
    • Accounts with Calls Pending – accounts submitted to Emissary which have calls proposed by either seller or advisor but no call scheduled 
  • Account Activity by Division displays a breakdown of how each division’s accounts are tracking along the Emissary Pipeline. This stacked bar graph includes the total number of accounts submitted to Emissary per division associated to the following statuses: 
    • Accounts in Recruiting – accounts submitted to Emissary which have not yet had an advisor call/interaction with a seller
    • Accounts Activated – accounts submitted to Emissary which have had at least one advisor call/interaction completed with a seller 
    • Accounts with Advisors to Approve – accounts submitted to Emissary which have advisors sent to sellers (or approvers) awaiting review 
    • Accounts with Calls Pending – accounts submitted to Emissary which have calls proposed by either seller or advisor but no call scheduled
  • Outstanding Actions by Seller displays a table which provides insight into which sellers/approvers have advisors awaiting approval. This table includes seller name, onboarding status (has signed into Emissary Exchange), team/division name, and number of advisors needing review
  • Feedback Summary displays a pie graph which surfaces seller feedback call purpose output with the ability to export all seller feedback responses

Account Status

For a more detailed look at the status of accounts submitted to Emissary, check out the Account Status tab. Here, you will find the following details related to all accounts: 

  • Account name
  • Seller name
  • Team name
  • Name of the contract the account is associated with
  • Most recent engagement/interaction start date
  • Number of calls completed by the seller on the account
  • Number of advisors to review by the seller on the account
  • Number of advisors accepted by the seller on the account

Outstanding Actions 

This reporting page displays tables which provide insight into required or outstanding seller actions – includes the following tables:

  • Accounts with Calls to be Scheduled by User provides details into accounts which have calls proposed but no call scheduled. Includes seller name, team name, account name, advisor name, advisor title, and which participant proposed call times. 
  • Advisors to be Reviewed surfaces all advisors who have been sent to sellers / approvers and require review. Includes seller name, team name, advisor name, advisor title, and date the advisor was sent to the approver. 
  • Sellers Needing Platform Onboarding surfaces details related to Emissary Participants who have received an invitation to the platform but have not yet created a password and logged into Emissary Exchange. Includes seller name, team name, and the seller’s total number of accounts.
  • Engagement Feedback Needed provides program owners and managers with details related to the sellers who have completed a call with an advisor but have not submitted a post-call survey. Includes seller name, team name, account name, advisor name, advisor title, call completed date, and a hard link to the seller’s feedback survey.  

Reporting Functionality

While program owners and sales leaders are not yet able to modify the existing reports or configure new reports, there are a number of features we have included in this first version:

  • Download – Each graph / table includes a menu icon that, when clicked, will allow the user to download the report as a CSV (which includes all relevant data points) or image (for graphs / presentations).
  • Sort & Search – All tables within the Account Status and Outstanding Actions tabs allow users to sort the table or search for specific data points.
  • Hover Over – All graphs include a hover over popup. Hovering over a portion of the pie/bar graph will display the details within the segment of the graph with the ability to click into the segment to drill down.
  • Links – Links within a table are clickable. Once clicked, a popup will surface including additional details within the table for further drill down.
